What we collect and why
Account details, your resume content, target job postings, and, for spontaneous outreach, decision-makers' names and professional emails found via Hunter.io. Used only to deliver the service you request: resume scoring/adaptation, cover letter and email generation, and sending applications on your behalf once you approve them.
Who we share it with
Never sold. Shared only with the processors needed to run the service: Anthropic (AI text processing), Hunter.io (decision-maker lookup), SendGrid/Twilio (sending emails), Stripe (payments), and Railway (hosting, EU-based servers).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability. Erasure is self-service from My account → Danger zone (30-day grace period, cancellable by logging back in). For other requests, email contact@keyjob.fr. Handled manually within 30 days. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
